Kicking a bad habit is hard, but breaking free of addiction is next-level suckery.

As a member of the recovery community, I am able to bring my own experience as well as other evidence-based strategies to our work together. If you believe you are ready for the next step in your journey, we can work together to find the program or strategy that can provide long term support that fits your recovery. While there are certain common threads that run through the various evidence-based programs, there is no one-size-fits-all program. 

Concurrently, we’ll address the specific coping strategies that developed during your addiction that could use a healthy refresh. Some of these coping strategies may have been in place for a long time, developed to address a situation that no longer exists. We will work together to develop healthier coping strategies, and a way of being that experiences more emotion coupled with better self-regulating tools. We will explore spritiuality as part of your recovery journey, and if the addition of mindfulness, meditation, or other spiritual connection can add support.
